- BOE-571-L - Business Property Statement, Long Form — California law prescribes a yearly ad valorem tax based on property as it exists at 12:01 a.m. on January 1 (tax lien date). This form constitutes an official request that you declare all assessable business property situated in this county which you owned, claimed, possessed, controlled, or managed on the tax lien date.
- BOE-571-LA - Alternate Schedule A for Bank, Insurance Company, or Financial Corporation Fixtures — This schedule is applicable ONLY to: (1) banks and financial corporations that are subject to taxation under the provisions of section 23181 et seq. of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and (2) insurance companies that are subject to taxation under the provisions of section 28 of Article XIII of the California Constitution.
- BOE-571-R - Apartment House Property Statement — Schedules of Depreciable Property — Schedules A and B. Items may be listed separately within the year of acquisition on a separate schedule, or items may be grouped by year of acquisition and listed on the schedule.
- BOE-576-D - Vessel Property Statement — A report on BOE-576-D is required of you by section 441(a) of the Revenue and Taxation Code (Code). The statement must be completed according to the instructions and filed with the Assessor on or before April 1.
- BOE-577 - Aircraft Property Statement — Pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code section 5362, the Assessor of the county in which an aircraft is habitually situated shall assess the aircraft at its market value.
- BOE-58-AH - Claim for Reassessment Exclusion for Transfer Between Parent and Child — In order to qualify for this exclusion, a claim form must be completed and signed by the transferors and a transferee and filed with the Assessor.
- BOE-58-G - Claim for Reassessment Exclusion for Transfer From Grandparent to Grandchild — In order to qualify for this exclusion, a claim form must be completed and signed by the transferors and a transferee and filed with the Assessor.
- BOE-58-H - Affidavit of Cotenant Residency — The change in ownership exclusion for a transfer of an interest in real property between cotenants that takes effect upon the death of one cotenant.
- BOE-60-AH - Claim of Person(s) at Least 55 Years of Age for Transfer of Base Year Value to Replacement Dwelling — California law allows any person who is at least 55 years of age who resides in a property eligible for the Homeowners’ Exemption or currently receiving the Disabled Veterans’ Exemption to transfer the base year value of the original property to a replacement dwelling of equal or lesser value within the same county.
- BOE-60-NR - Notice of Rescission of Claim to Transfer Base Year Value to Replacement Dwelling — Until March 31, 2021, California law allows any person who is at least 55 years of age (at the time of sale of original/former property) who resides in a property eligible for the homeowners’ exemption (place of residence) or currently receiving the disabled veterans’ exemption to transfer the base year value of the original property to a replacement dwelling of equal or lesser value.
